FAQ

We are slowly rolling out worldwide delivery, at the moment we only ship to the UK only. Delivery calculated at checkout
An order confirmation will be sent containing your tracking number to the contact details you provided upon purchasing, e.g email or text message, please check junk / spam. A second email or text message will be sent upon dispatch, this will also contain your tracking number, to check delivery details enter this into the Evri website and ensure you click ‘view full tracking details’.
*For items showing as delivered but you have NOT received the item please view the full tracking details on the Evri website as this will show picture proof of which safe place the item has been left at. Please check this before contacting us to ensure the item is not left outside for a long period of time
If you have tracked your parcel on the Evri website and can see that it hasn’t updated in 14 days, please get in contact with us via the chat button or email us on contact@wellybans01@gmail.com Please note Evri do not allow us to open a lost parcel case unless movement has not occurred in for 14 days or more. Please also note that any delays that may occur during transit are not at fault of Wellybans and we can not prevent this.
